Rose Cottage is located in the quiet village of Hesket Newmarket, near Caldbeck in the Northern Fells of the Lake District National Park, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

We're within easy access of the main Lake District locations such as Keswick and Ullswater and great for exploring the North Lakes in general.

Also easy access to the picturesque Eden Valley, North Pennines and Hadrian's Wall country.
