Rose Cottage is located in the quiet village of Hesket Newmarket, just a mile south of Caldbeck in the Northern Fells of the Lake District National Park, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

We're within easy access of the main Lake District locations such as Keswick and Ullswater and a great location for exploring the North Lakes in general.

We've also got easy access to the picturesque Eden Valley, North Pennines and Hadrian's Wall country,
